• Thiokol Double chairlift - Located in Utah, this lift is in excellent condition has been taken down.  It is stored in a parking lot.  Please make offer, they would like to have it gone before ski season.
Consider this lift for future needs at your resort.
   

Built in 1976, 1526' long, 71 chairs, 7 towers, potential to run 500 fpm, counter clockwise rotation, bottom drive, 50 HP, newer Allis Chalmers G226 gas engine (replaced recently), Sabina drive, outside bail (no footrest) chairs, CTEC safety circuit, 1 1/8" haul rope, bottom hydraulic tension, FMC Wormgear to Caterpillar final drive, bottom terminal shack Doppelmayr, top Yan.  The haul rope was replaced in 1990, bottom shack, bottom terminal cover and hydraulic tension installed in 1999.

• Double chairlift - Used double chairlift in SoCal.  1986 Lift Engineering Yan, 132 chairs, uphill capacity 1200 pph, speed 400' a minute, 475' vertical, 2620' length, 14 towers, 1.25" haul rope, top drive, bottom tension, Kisslin gear box, will need a new DC motor drive.  Make offer.

Terrain Park Features

CHS Snowmakers is looking for investors to open and operate a tubing hill and small terrain park in the Denver Metro Area.  Several locations to pick from with several million people in the Metro Area.  Snowmaking temperatures from November to March, snowfall averages 50" and snowmaking snow will last several weeks in the Denver Area even when temperatures reach 70° F.  Contact us for further details. Update 9/07 - We found potential sites but have encountered other legal issues with those sites.  If we find a good location we will post it here.
