We now offer snowmaking hose repair and have a MOBILE hose
repair trailer. This trailer is also our snowgun
and HTM hydrant service trailer.
Pricing:
Per fitting cut and couple $20 plus parts
If you cut to length, $15 to couple plus parts (please label the hose with black
marker)
hose testing up to 50' = $15 (all hoses will be repaired)
hose testing greater then 50' = $20
We label the hose (example CHS 09-01), mark the fittings and pressure test to
800 psi for 5 minutes. If the hose passes we ship it back ready to
go. If the hose doesn't pass, we will contact you to determine if we take
the hose out of service and salvage the fittings.

Snow Hose
The only hose
designed specifically to meet your unique and demanding requirements. Its double
jacket 800 PSIG (5600 kPa) test all polyester hose offers the highest operating
safety margin available on the market today. It’s Day-Glo yellow color
enhances visibility under all climatic conditions. Half the weight of
conventional snowmaking hoses, this hose remains flexible under extreme
low-temperature.

Construction:

Circular woven, double jacket 100% virgin spun polyester.

Tube:
|
Extruded T.P.U. elastomer - Ozone and age resistant.
|
|
Length:
|
50' to 100' (15,2 to 30,5 m).

|
Jacket Treatment:
|
ENCAP® encapsulation (yellow). Provides water repellency,
abrasion, oil and chemical resistance.

Note:
Custom length hoses available in 10', 15' and 25' lengths.
Custom
color hose available for extra charge
1.5" and 2" hoses available with MNPT ends or double female or double male cam
ends.
2.5" hoses available.
All Snowhose 2000 with cam locks comes with HTM fittings,
please note HTM fittings cost more then other competitors like Red Head or other
brand fittings.
