LP3 Technical Information
LP Update
The LP3 is a great all around tower snowgun. You can install 2 to 5 inline from one air and one water hydrant and turn them all on at once. If you have four inline and you turn them on at 27 degrees you will be flowing over 100 gpm with less then 400 cfm from one hydrant. This will cost you around $10,000 for all the guns and a little more for hose and fittings. The snow will be spread out while it is made due to the placement of the LP3's and you will be making as much snow at marginal temps as many fan guns do at much colder temps and for thousands less. As it gets colder you can reduce the air pressure with a ball valve saving more on electricity This is LP3 technology.
The LP3 tower snowmaker has proven itself against any other tower snowmaker and it shines. The unique head design allows for good heat transfer from the water to keep the head from freezing or growing beards. We know sell the LP3 in Twin Pac's. With the Twin Pac you get two 20' LP3's, an air valve, two tees with fittings and hose to set up these guns on one hydrant. With the turn of one air and one water hydrant you can be making snow with over 50 gpm on one hydrant. Maximize each hydrant and don't blow your budget, only $5100 plus shipping.
